On Friday, November 6, the Shabbat Meals Committee invites you to come and join as a host or as a guest and participate in Mix-It-Up Suite Meals! We will be putting everybody into groups and then you will eat Shabbat dinner in small groups in people's suites and apartments. No need to worry about cooking- all the food will be provided by Aramark. There are 2 steps to sign up, and please make sure to do both.
1. Please email suitemeals@gmail.com (Please note that this email address is different than our committee's usual email. We will just be using this one to keep track of the sign ups for this event.)
-If you would like to be a GUEST, please send us your name and your email address. (If you would like to be paired with a friend, then please also send us the name of one friend. You definitely do not need to do this, we are just leaving it as an option for those who would prefer it.)
-If you would like to be a HOST, please send us your name, your email address, and the maximum number of people that you can host. (If you will be hosting the meal with anybody else, please let us know the names of the other people so that we place one group of guests with you, and we don't give you each groups of guests.) The DEADLINE for this sign up is THURSDAY, OCTOBER 9 at 5 pm.
Remember to do this part of the sign up you just need to email us!
2. You also have to SIGN UP and pay for your meal just as you would for any other week ONLINE. In order to do so, please sign up on the HILLEL WEBSITE. (If you do not have any kind of meal plan, then you will have to do this part of sign up by going to the Aramark office in Hewitt.) This sign up can ONLY be done between Monday, November 2nd and Thursday, November 5 at noon. Once you do step 1 we will email you and remind you to do step 2.
